Tag Rugby Coaching Course: “Coming Soon”
2-3 hour course featuring the rules of tag rugby, how to play and ways to engage youngsters in the participation. (Ideal for involvement in schools)
IRB Rugby Ready Course: Bournville RFC 21st Feb (1-4pm)
3 hour course to ensure greater awareness of all aspects of safety in the game through the provision of a common source of information and advice, for all levels and types of participation in the game. (Ideal stepping stone for coaching)
RFU Level 1 Coach: Moseley RFC 24th May, 5th/6th June
An evening and two full days featuring basic in depth knowledge of the game. The first recognised award which gives you the opportunity to become an assistant coach. (Ideal for coaching in schools and junior section)
Referee Development Courses: “Coming Soon”
The Community Referee Development Award allows players, coaches and supporters to gain an understanding of the laws of the game and discover how the referee will manage the game. There are 10 modules lasting 2 hours per module and features all aspects of the game. (Probably the best 2 hours you could attend!)
