RSS News Feeds 
RSS is a technology that you can use to have information sent to you, rather than having to check a website for updates.
To get RSS news feeds, you need an RSS reader. There are plenty of RSS readers to choose from, but your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc) or email client (Outlook, Thunderbird etc) usually has one built in.
Simply click the link for an RSS feed, and select the option to 'subscribe' when prompted.
